Predictive Personality Behaviors in an Optometric Practice
-
2 Hrs
Effective
interactions with other persons can be achieved quickly and easily by
the understanding of the four basic types of personality, which are
present in different mixtures in all humans, regardless of nationality,
race, gender, cultural heritage, social-economic background, religion,
or vocation. This course will use the personality profiles
(pre-assessed) of the attendees to demonstrate the four basic human
natures, the major characteristics of each nature, and the different
situation/response patterns of each nature. Emphasis will be given to
the interactions that staff encounter with patients, other staff, and
doctors in a primary vision-care office.
